Math Poetry
Math is fun, but stories about math are more fun. When kids learn math in elementary school, word problems are used to give meaning to numbers, abstract concepts and equations. These stories, in verse, give meaning to numbers and symbols in ways that are easy for anyone to understand. If you Add A Zero or Slide The Dot it is easy to imagine and see the world getting bigger and smaller in unexpected and yet ordinary ways. This series tries to make math seem big and small, so each mathematical concept is easy to understand but powerful when applied.

This is an apple. What if you zoom out? This is a picnic. This is a meadow. This is a park. This is a neighborhood. This is a city. This is a lake. This is a country. This is earth. This is our atmosphere. This is the universe. We are all one.
